Handee is intended for business and professional use. You must be legally able to enter into these terms and, if using Handee for an organisation, authorised to bind that organisation.

You are responsible for your account, organisation settings, invited users, project content, and all activity under your credentials. Keep login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

You control the project pages, links, text, images, passwords, and publishing settings you create. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to share content with clients, viewers, collaborators, or the public.

Password gates help limit casual access, but they do not make a project suitable for highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless you have independently assessed and accepted the risk. Do not upload content you are not authorised to share.

Do not use Handee for unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, spam, malware, scraping, credential theft, security testing without permission, or service-disrupting activity. We may restrict content or accounts that violate these terms.

You keep ownership of content you add to Handee. You grant Handee a limited licence to host, store, process, display, transmit, resize, cache, and back up that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.

Project pages may link to third-party websites, files, tools, payment pages, forms, or platforms. Handee does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, policies, or transactions.

Paid features, limits, billing cycles, and prices are shown in the product or checkout flow. You are responsible for applicable taxes and accurate billing information. Payment providers may apply their own terms, fees, checks, and processing timelines.

Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Refund and Returns Policy. Continued use of paid features may depend on successful payment, active entitlement, and compliance with these terms.

We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves. We aim to keep Handee reliable, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, infrastructure issues, third-party providers, abuse prevention, or events outside our control.

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Handee or others, fail to pay, abuse the service, or if required by law. You may stop using Handee at any time.

Handee, including its software, design, branding, templates, and product materials, is owned by Handee or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.

Handee is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure against every threat, or suitable for every business, client, or use case.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Handee will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by your content, third-party services, unauthorised sharing, or misuse of project links.

You agree to defend and hold Handee harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of Handee, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India, unless a mandatory local law says otherwise. Courts with appropriate jurisdiction in India will handle disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms as Handee changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
