We may collect your name, email address, login details, organisation name, brand settings, project names, project descriptions, links, passwords or password hints, uploaded images, files, billing information, support messages, and any other content you choose to add to Handee.

We may collect device, browser, IP address, cookie, session, page-view, feature usage, error, referral, and approximate location information to secure accounts, maintain the service, understand product usage, and improve performance.

When clients or viewers open a public or password-protected project page, we may process access, page-view, password verification, device, browser, and interaction data needed to display the project page, prevent abuse, and measure reliability.

We use information to create accounts, authenticate users, manage organisations and projects, publish client pages, protect gated pages, host uploads, process billing, provide support, send service updates, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve features, and comply with legal duties.

Paid plan payments may be processed by payment providers such as Razorpay. We may receive payment status, plan, subscription, invoice, transaction, and limited billing details, but full card or payment instrument data is handled by the payment provider under its own terms and policies.

Handee may use cookies, local storage, authentication tokens, and analytics tools such as PostHog to keep you signed in, remember product state, measure page views, understand feature usage, and improve the website and app.

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with trusted providers for hosting, database, authentication, file storage, payment processing, analytics, email, security, and support, only as needed to operate Handee.

Project pages can include links to third-party websites, files, or tools. Those destinations are controlled by their own operators. Handee is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites linked from project pages.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide Handee, maintain records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce agreements, comply with law, and keep backups. Deleted content may remain in backups or logs for a limited period before removal.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure, so you should use strong passwords, limit access to sensitive project links, and avoid uploading information you are not authorised to share.

You may update account, organisation, and project information in the studio. You may contact us at namaste.handee@gmail.com to request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of personal information where required by applicable law. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally necessary.

Handee is intended for business and professional use and is not directed to children. Do not use Handee to knowingly collect children's personal information without all required permissions.

We may update this Privacy Policy as Handee changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
