Refund and Returns Policy

This policy explains cancellations, refunds, and returns for Handee subscriptions and paid digital features. Handee is a software service, so physical product returns do not apply.

Digital service only

Handee provides digital access to tools for creating, customising, protecting, and sharing client project pages. We do not ship physical goods, so physical returns, exchanges, replacement products, and return shipping are not applicable.

Free and paid access

Free plan limits and paid plan features are shown in the product or checkout flow. Paid access may include higher project limits, premium presentation controls, branding controls, or other features described at the time of purchase.

Cancellation

You may stop using paid features or request cancellation at any time. Cancelling prevents future renewals where applicable, but it does not automatically refund amounts already paid for an active billing period unless required by law or approved by Handee.

Refund eligibility

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. A refund may be considered if you were charged in error, charged twice for the same plan, charged after a confirmed cancellation, or unable to access paid features due to a Handee-side technical issue that we cannot reasonably resolve.

Non-refundable situations

Unless required by law, refunds are generally not available for change of mind, unused time in an active billing period, failure to use the service, dissatisfaction caused by third-party links or content, account suspension for policy violations, or requests made after substantial use of paid features.

How to request a refund

Contact us at namaste.handee@gmail.com with your account email, organisation name, payment date, transaction reference if available, and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask for additional details to verify the payment and account.

Processing approved refunds

Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method through the payment provider. Processing timelines depend on banks, card networks, wallets, UPI, and payment providers and may be outside Handee's control.

Taxes, fees, and payment provider limits

Taxes, currency conversion charges, bank fees, gateway fees, and payment-provider restrictions may affect the final amount or timing of a refund where permitted by applicable law and provider rules.

Plan changes and downgrades

If you downgrade or lose access to paid features, your existing projects and settings may be subject to the limits of the active plan. We may preserve data for a limited period to help you upgrade, export, or adjust your account.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us at namaste.handee@gmail.com before filing a chargeback so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. We may suspend paid access while a payment dispute, reversal, or chargeback is pending.
